In the earliest days of the Bush (mis)administration, Dubya talked about manned missions to Mars. That was back when Clinton left him with a multi-hundred-billion-dollar surplus. Today Obama spoke of recovery plans that are Rooseveltian in scope. That's because Bush left him an economy that's in shambles. You might even call that kind of damage Bushian.
